Office of Academic Affairs
The primary tasks of the office are to improve the quality of teaching faculty, develop up-to-date curricula, and reinforce teaching facilities, methods and contents. The aim of the office is to provide the faculty and students with well-round services. In addition, to meet the needs of electronic era and to get ISO approved, the office devotes itself to the computerization of administration affairs, the networking of information search and the standardization of administrative operation process.
The office consists or Registrar Division, Curriculum Division, Student Recruitment & Publication Division and Center for General Education. Their functions are as follows:
Registrar Division
1.Establish and modify the rules and regulations of registration and academic affairs.
2.Be in charge of enrollment, graduation, withdrawal, transfer as well as other relevant affairs.
3.Manage student information files, such as student status, student name lists.
4.Manage and check student grades.
5.Issue all kinds of transcripts and related certificates of the students.
Curriculum Division
1.Be in charge of class registration, e.g. adding and dropping classes.
2.Arrange summer courses for dropping-done or transferring students.
3.Offer test services.
4.Draw up the schedule of classes.
5.Design and develop curriculum
Student Recruitment & Publication Division
1.Plan and implement student recruitment affairs.
2.Design and publish promotion materials for student recruitment.
3.Create the homepage for student recruitment.
4.Provide copying and printing services for teaching and administration.

The Institute is a technological college with an affiliated internal junior college.

There are thirteen departments in this school: Electronic Engineering, Construction Engineering, Management and Information (Industrial Engineering and Management), Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Applied English, Applied Japanese, Interior Design, Hospitality Management, Information Management.
