Continuing Education Division
In order to offer a better channel for in-service education. Nan-Jeon set up two-year programs of junior college in 1988. In 2002, we established the Continuing Education Division for two-year programs of technological college. In 2003, four-year programs of technological college were established. In 2007, graduate programs of institute of Engineering Science & Technology were established for students to have more channels of learning and opportunities of study.                              

The educational system includes two-year programs and four-year programs of technological college and two-year programs of junior college. The institute enrolls over one thousand six hundred students and has over two hundred faculty members with Ph.D. or master's degrees. Moreover, the graduates have distinguished performance in society.

Programs
The continuing education division offers four different programs for the students pursuing two-years associate degree and four-year or two-year bachelor's degree and graduate degree. The departments include Electronic Engineering Department, Electrical Engineering Department, Mechanical Engineering Department, Business Administration Department, Information Management Department, Finance Department, Interior Design and Architecture department, Management and Information Department, Computer Science and Information Engineering Department, Construction Engineering Department, Hospitality Management Department  Industrial Engineering and Management Department, Institute of Engineering Science & Technology etc.

Focuses on the theories and practice
For students to obtain more knowledge and more professional technology skills, in addition to the full time teachers, we invite outstanding figures who have rich practice experience to lecture in our school. To match up the need of society and the trend of the times, the arrangement of the courses are based on the combination of humanity and technology to cultivate persons of professional technology with international perspective.

Integration of sense and sensibility
We take good care of students in the way of integration of sense and sensibility. For the students who have financial difficulties, we offer part-time jobs with munificent pay. For excellent students, we offer all kinds of scholarship to encourage them to study.

The responsibilities of each division
Registration Division
1.Establish and modify the rules and regulations of registration and academic affairs.
2.Plan and implement student recruitment affairs.
3.Handle enrollment, graduation, withdrawal, transfer as well as other relevant affairs.
4.Manage student information files, such as student status, student name lists.
5.Manage and check student grades
6.Issue all kinds of transcripts and relates certificates of the students.

Student Affair division
1. Handle the relates affairs about new-coming orientation.
2. Handle affairs relating to absence and requests of leave.
3. Handle safety Insurance and misfortune relief fund.
4. Handle military service affairs.
5. Handle loan for study affairs.
6. Consult for students association.
7. Manage applications of students scholarship.
8. Offer counseling and Guidance for students life.

General Affair Division
The division is in charge of the following affairs:
1. Managing of public property.
2. Managing expenditure and subsidies.
3. Handling the affairs of tuition waivers.
4. Management of school buses and parking on campus including the application of parking permit.

Curriculum Division
The division is in charge of the following affairs:
1. The class registration, e.g. adding and dropping classes.
2. The summer programs.
3. The variety of testing services.
4. Scheduling classes.
5. Consulting classroom records.
6. Planning the semester's schedule.
